Caver's Day

Travel through the Old Town Spring Cave on our "Underground Adventure. We will take your group to explore, walk the underground river, crawl and perhaps view rare cave animals. We guarantee you will get wet and muddy! You will take home your LED headlamp after the trip!

  • Tour the Crystal Palace
  • Explore in the Dripstone section by headlamp
  • Experience "The Crawl"
  • Squeeze through "The Masher"
  • Travel through the lower levels of Marengo Cave on our "Underground Adventure"
  • Watch cave crawling video.

Minimum age: 10 years
Approx. time: 6 hours
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Beginners Challenge

Kids under 10 can now try "spelunking" at Marengo Cave with this program.

  • Tour the Crystal Palace section of the cavern
  • Explore the Dripstone section by headlamp and wind your way through "The Masher" (dry crawlway)
  • Experience "The Crawl", our cave simulator
